SHIPPING
Modus Amsterdam handles the shipment of products very carefully. Our goal is to ship every order within a maximum of 2-4 business days, depending on the destination country, the exact delivery time may vary.
We can currently offer free shipping to our customers at Modus Amsterdam. Once Modus Amsterdam hands over the package to the delivery service, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including the corresponding Track & Trace code. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, Modus Amsterdam will communicate this in a timely manner with its customers.
Track & Trace Code
As soon as PostNL has received the package, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code to track your package.
If you have not received a track and trace code, please contact us via email (info@modusamsterdam.com) or via the contact form on the website. This may be due to an error in the system or a delay at PostNL.
Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium
Modus Amsterdam has a standard delivery time of 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 4:00 pm will be processed the same day. All packages sent within the Netherlands and Belgium use the logistics services of PostNL.
Shipping to another country
Delivery abroad is, of course, possible at Modus Amsterdam. Within Europe, we have an average delivery time of 4-7 business days. For countries outside Europe, the average delivery time may be between 5-10 business days. Possible delays due to external factors are beyond our control.
Customs Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for the payment of any customs duties and/or taxes. In most cases, any customs or import duties will be charged once the package reaches the destination country (outside Europe). Modus Amsterdam has no influence and/or control over these costs. Customs policies and import duties can vary greatly from country to country.
Package is not delivered
If you have not received your package, please contact us immediately via email or the contact form on the website. We will then immediately start a case and investigation with PostNL. This procedure can take an average of 6 business days. Depending on the outcome of this investigation, we will inform the customer with an appropriate solution.
